Role: PMO Analyst
Experience Range: 1-3 years
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment of business goals and project delivery.
- Delivery Lifecycle Management & Compliance: Risk / Mitigation Track, Quality Assurance Compliance, Running Delivery Reviews with delivery leader, Margin Tracking
- Financial Management: Revenue (Forecasting & Accruals) Management, Invoice creation & tracking, UR & AR Tracking,
- Resource Management: Lead the resource management function, handling both internal allocations and external hiring. Manage the demand and supply of resources to ensure optimal allocation.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for senior management, summarizing key functional metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Ensure accurate preparation of resource management reports, demand/supply forecasts, and other critical business metrics.
- Data Management & Quality Monitoring: Monitor data quality across processes and ensure the highest standards are maintained. Lead data governance initiatives and ensure all reporting is accurate and actionable.
- Project Coordination & Strategy Design: Coordinate across departments to design and implement strategies for various business operation projects. Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
- Ad-Hoc Support & Stakeholder Management: Handle ad-hoc requests and provide timely responses to stakeholders. Proactively manage project expectations and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Google Sheets/ Excel extensive experience. Google sheet is added advantage
- Any CRM Tool experience. Workday is added advantage
- End to end resource management
- Tracking Project Status, DAG Compliance, Margin Tracking, Other Compliance Tracking
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Expert in closing tasks, followup and have hold on stakeholders to complete things on time
