Role: PMO Analyst
Experience Level: 2-4 Years
Work location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:
. Perform resource planning and allocation
. Internal talent pool and bench management
. Internal resource demand-supply management
. Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability & project
requirements.
. Create and deliver reports on bench, utilization, allocation, roll-off metrics
. Drive resource management processes
. Collaborate on resource Management with Internal departments
. Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments & Engagement.
. Partner and build relationships with business leaders to drive efficient resource allocation.

Must have skills:
. Excellent communication skills (significant communication involved with employees andstakeholders)
. Good in Excel - preferably on google sheets
. Basic understanding of resourcing/recruitment workflows
. Leadership skills & Stakeholder Management
. Conflict resolution and problem-solving
. Business insights
. Relationship building and collaboration
. Team player, Learning focussed, passionate & solution-oriented

. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
. Effective communication and networking
. Good to have - understanding of services business model understanding of tech stacks that are needed in the delivery of data/analytics/ML-AI projects.
