Job Description

Overview

  • Support end-to-end project delivery operations across multiple accounts/projects
  • Drive project governance, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards
  • Manage and track resource allocation, utilization, and forecasting
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor project financials including budgeting, invoicing, accruals, and revenue tracking
  • Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs)
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets, billing inputs, and invoicing processes
  • Support audit activities, documentation, and process compliance
  • Manage stakeholder communication and escalation tracking
  • Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within PMO functions

Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Delivery Operations
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Experience in financial tracking, invoicing, and budgeting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Requirements


  • Experience working in IT services / consulting environments
  • Knowledge of resource management tools and PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
  • Exposure to PMO governance frameworks
  • Certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master is an added advantage
