Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated PMO Analyst to support back-end integration initiatives within the Investment Banking domain. The role focuses on post-execution processes, including middleware to settlement flows and infrastructure-related projects. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project & PMO Support
- Support project/program tracking activities including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Assist in maintaining project plans, status reports, and documentation
Business Analysis
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Support requirement traceability and change management
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Create test plans and test cases
- Perform test execution and coordinate defect tracking and resolution
Administrative & Financial Tracking
- Assist with project administration activities
- Support basic project financial planning, tracking, and reporting
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings
- Support basic stakeholder communication and follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or consulting roles
- Experience working with Financial Institutions (Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities is mandatory)
- Basic understanding of back-end systems and integration concepts
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to post-trade or settlement systems
- Familiarity with middleware or infrastructure-related projects
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
