Technical Skills
- Experience in Linux Kernel Development, including device driver development across MFD, Regulator, Power Supply, RTC, GPIO, and Interrupt subsystems.
- Good understanding of PMIC architecture, including regulators (LDO/Buck/Boost), PON/POFF sequences, SDAM, and votable frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SPMI, I2C, and SPI protocols at the register level.
- Experience with Device Tree (DTS/DTSI) authoring and debugging for PMIC peripherals.
- Knowledge of power management features, including Suspend/Resume, S2Idle, wake-up sources, RPMh, and power-collapse flows.
Platform & Debugging Skills
- Experience working on Qualcomm Snapdragon-based platforms, preferably Android or ChromeOS.
- Strong debugging skills using tools such as dmesg, JTAG, ftrace, ramdump analysis etc.
- Familiarity with Kbuild and Kleaf/Bazel build systems for Android/ChromeOS kernel development.
- Strong programming skills in C, particularly for kernel-space development.
- Proficiency with Git/Gerrit; upstream kernel contribution experience would be an added advantage.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to participate in and lead design discussions, code reviews, and documentation activities.
- Experience mentoring engineers and encouraging engineering best practices.
- Comfortable working closely with hardware, firmware, and platform teams.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and change request management using tools such as Jira.
