Position: Power Management IC (PMIC) Architect

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced
PMIC Architect to lead the architecture and development of Power Management ICs for consumer, industrial, automotive, and IoT applications. The candidate will drive product definition, system architecture, design reviews, and silicon execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define PMIC architecture and system specifications.
- Architect power management blocks including:
- DC-DC Converters (Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost)
- LDO and Ultra-Low-Power LDOs
- Bandgap References (BGR)
- Bias, POR, UVLO, and Protection Circuits
- Drive architecture from concept through silicon validation.
- Collaborate with design, layout, verification, and product teams.
- Mentor analog design teams and support customer engagements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in PMIC architecture and analog mixed-signal design.
- Expertise in:
- DC-DC converters (PWM, PFM, COT architectures)
- LDO and Low-IQ LDO design
- Precision BGR and reference circuits
- Power sequencing and protection circuits
- Hands-on experience in BiCMOS/BCD/CMOS technologies.
- Strong understanding of loop stability, compensation, low-power design, and silicon validation.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI.
- Proven track record of multiple PMIC tape-outs from architecture to production.
