Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning & Schedule Control

  • Drive integrated project planning aligned with Commissioning timelines
  • Monitor daily/weekly progress vs plan and ensure milestone adherence
  • Identify slippages and implement recovery plans
  • Assurance & Compliance
  • Ensure implementation of PMAG SOPs, workflows, and reporting standards
  • Act as custodian of project assurance at site level
  • Drive compliance with internal controls, audits, and documentation
  • Progress Monitoring & MIS
  • Establish real-time tracking for physical progress
  • Release of structured MIS reports for Leadership and HO PMAG
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and discipline in project data
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively
  • Escalate critical issues to Management in a timely manner
  • Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution
  • Stakeholder & Cluster Coordination
  • Ensure alignment across multiple projects within the cluster
  • Coordinate with site teams, corporate functions, PMC/EPC stakeholders
  • Provide integrated cluster-level visibility to leadership
  • Execution & Contractor Oversight
  • Closely work with PMC/EPC for the Project planning, tracking and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and deliverables
  • Systems & Digital Enablement
  • Ensure timely updates in systems (Primavera P6, dashboards)
  • Maintain data consistency between site and corporate systems
  • Support implementation of digital initiatives at site
  • Portfolio Control & Lifecycle Monitoring
  • Track interdependencies and optimize resource planning
  • Enable leadership visibility on progress, risks, and priorities
  • Monitor projects across lifecycle till HOTO (Hand Over to Operations)

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
  • MBA / PG in Project Management (preferred)

Experience

  • 12–18 years in project planning & execution (renewable/infrastructure)
  • Experience in multi-project/cluster-level management
  • Exposure to solar projects and EPC/PMC coordination preferred
