Job Details

Role Purpose

The Project Manager at Skale 50 is responsible for planning, commissioning, and monitoring multiple primary market research projects for a specific geography. The role acts as a bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to timelines, quality standards, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure

  • Deliver single, multi-country, and multi-category studies (5-10 cells) with minimal supervision

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines

  • Ensure adherence to scope, SoW, timelines, and budgets

  • Execute quality control across questionnaires, scripts, code frames, and deliverables

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Independently manage client communication and act as the primary point of contact

  • Coordinate with Client Service, in-market teams, production teams, and Kantar Profiles

  • Lead/participate in kick-off meetings, review calls, and regular status updates

  • Proactively escalate risks related to scope, time, or cost and support RCA

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Source and evaluate quotes from external suppliers

  • Ensure approvals for costs and timelines

  • Monitor financials and ensure timely invoicing and documentation

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with ISO processes, checklists, and documentation standards

  • Maintain accurate documentation of feedback and project changes

  • Adhere to defined work practices (timesheets, work status, responsiveness, escalation)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • 5 - 10 years of PM experience in Market Research (multi-country/multi-category)

  • Strong understanding of MR processes: scripting, fieldwork, data collection, coding, deliverables

  • Knowledge of Kantar products, tools, and PM methodologies

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English

  • Knowledge of sample design, quotas, questionnaire flow, and escalation matrices
