Job Description
- Sprint and capstone planning - ensuring work is properly prioritized and sequenced. This will be done in close partnership with the technical lead and architect.
- Stakeholder management - managing sponsor expectations, working with colleagues to clarify requirements and set priorities.
- Workstream status reporting - coordinating with the program PMO to reflect the status of work relative to the established plan.
- Risk and issue management - coordinating with the program PMO to escalate and address risks or issues being faced by the team.
- Dependency management - coordinating with other workstreams or teams to ensure the on time delivery of dependent work.
- Capacity management - sequencing work to maximize productivity of individual team members, plus highlighting capacity bottlenecks or gaps.
