Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Project Sales

Project Sales (Multi-Location)

Locations: Delhi NCR, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Maharashtra (Mumbai/Pune), Vizag

Experience: 5 to 8+ Years

Salary: 50,000 90,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

Interview Process: Mode: Virtual interview via Google Meet

Industry Preference:

Sanitary, Hardware, Tiles, Cement, RMC, Shuttering Plywood, or Large Infrastructure Projects

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional responsible for institutional and project-based sales. The role involves engaging with civil contractors, developers, architects, and consultants to secure high-value, high-volume project orders while strengthening brand presence in the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities

Contractor & PMC Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Civil Contractors and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to drive repeat business.

Developer & Procurement Alignment:

Actively engage with Developers, Promoters, and Procurement teams to get products specified and approved for large-scale projects.

Specification & Liaison Work:

Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Structural Consultants to ensure brand inclusion in project designs and BOQs.

Territory Management:

Own and expand the project pipeline within the assigned geography. (Example: Delhi NCR includes Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida, and surrounding regions.)

Order Closure & Execution Support:

Drive negotiations, finalize contracts, and coordinate internally for timely supply and execution.

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor presence, pricing, and project wins to inform sales strategy.

Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in Shuttering Plywood is essential. (Non-negotiable.)

Deep understanding of the regional construction, contractor, and developer ecosystem.

Proven experience handling large institutional sales cycles and procurement processes.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
