Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed plumbing drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ability to make basic excel sheet.
- Draft water supply, drainage, sewerage, rainwater, and sanitary system layouts.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and civil teams for clash-free drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and revise drawings as per site requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and records.
- Support project teams in preparing technical drawings for residential and industrial projects.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Drafting/Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or ZWCAD.
- Good understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of STP, WTP, ETP, and residential plumbing systems will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
