Job Overview
The Plumber will be responsible for handling plumbing-related work across head office and site locations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems during possession and post-possession stages.
Job Description Responsibilities
- Support plumbing work during flat, office, and shop possession
- Handle customer complaints related to plumbing after possession
- Assist in maintenance of common area plumbing systems (water tanks, STP, pipelines)
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and valves
- Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and pipe damages
- Coordinate with civil and maintenance teams at site
- Follow all safety standards and site regulations
Skills Requirements
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience in residential or commercial projects preferred

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (FOR PLUMBER)
- Minimum 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent
- ITI Certificate in Plumbing (preferred)
- Certification in plumbing, pipe fitting, or sanitary work is an added advantage
