PLSQL lead

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced PL SQL Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Database PL SQL development query optimization and production support
• The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing database solutions ensuring application performance and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of Oracle PL SQL applications
• Develop and optimize complex stored procedures packages functions triggers and views
• Perform query tuning and database performance optimization
• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable database solutions
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Coordinate with cross functional teams during development testing and deployment
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvements in database architecture and development processes

Technical Requirements:

• Primary skills Technology Oracle PL SQL

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Oracle Database and PL SQL development
• Expertise in Stored Procedures Packages Functions Triggers and Views
• Strong SQL querying and performance tuning experience
• Experience in database design and data modeling
• Hands on experience in production support and issue troubleshooting
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
• Strong analytical problem solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting
• Exposure to ETL Data Migration projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms Reports or Oracle APEX
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to Cloud platforms and AI assisted development tools
