PLM Windchill Consultant

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled PLM Windchill Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM implementations customization configuration and support
• The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Product Lifecycle Management processes CAD integration workflows change management and data migration activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure customize and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions
• Work on Windchill modules such as Parts Documents Change Management and Workflows
• Develop and maintain Windchill customizations using Java JSP and APIs
• Perform data migration BOM management and product structure management
• Integrate Windchill with CAD tools such as Creo and other enterprise applications
• Configure lifecycles workflows access controls and organizational structures
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill application issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide PLM solutions
• Support system upgrades deployments and performance optimization
• Prepare technical documentation and provide end user training

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Windchill PLM
• Knowledge of Product Data Management PDM and Product Lifecycle Management PLM
• Experience with Windchill customization and configuration
• Hands on experience with Windchill Workflows and Change Management
• Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink and Parts Management
• Experience in Java JSP XML and Windchill APIs
• Understanding of CAD integrations preferably Creo
• Knowledge of SQL databases and data migration processes
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience in Windchill upgrades and migration projects
• Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Windchill certification is an added advantage
