As the functional and people leader for the PLM team, the PLM Manager will drive continuous improvement, standardization, and scalability of PLM processes while enabling Engineering productivity and data integrity.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex PLM, Windchill, Creo, and CAD data issues. Guide and review PLM configuration and customization activities to ensure alignment with business needs and maintainability.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and Smart Assembly/CAD automation opportunities.

  • Ensure appropriate documentation, reporting, and metrics for PLM performance, data quality, and migration progress. Support training, onboarding, and adoption of Windchill and PLM best practices across Engineering teams.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Live the organization's core values of safety, integrity, and accountability, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.

Your background
