Job Description

Responsibilities (are not limited to):

  • Provide Technical support to Proxy Product owner and help them to breakdown the Epics into user stories.
  • Experience with designing scalable/reliable system architectures.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Teamcenter ecosystem and proficiency in automotive business processes.
  • Oversee the delivery of new features and ensure committed timelines for the delivery of new features
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns related to the Teamcenter platform
  • Co-ordinate for defect fixing and ensure timely resolution of defects reported
  • Interact with Platform partners/ feature team and document technical requirements for the project
  • Analyze proposed solutions along with Solution architect & product owner to determine if they are good fit for Teamcenter ecosystem
  • Provide guidance and support to feature teams in addressing technical issues and concerns related to Teamcenter platform
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the project and co-ordinate to resolve the incidents, Problem tickets (PBI/PKE) within SLA/OLA timelines
  • Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter features, updates, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Working experience with T4X and T4EA components of Teamcenter

Experience and Skills Sets required:

Experience:

  • 12-15 years of experience in IT technical project management with at least 8-10 years of experience in working with Teamcenter related projects. (Teamcenter installation/ configuration/ customization)
  • Up to date with current software architecture best practices
  • Aware of current cloud architecture concepts (Amazon Web Services)

  • Active workspace customization
  • Design & Enhance Teamcenter Architectures
  • Linux system administration
  • Project management
  • Ability to reconcile technical difficulties / conflicts between multiple areas in the software project
