Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and CAD applications through ServiceNow portal based on ITIL processes.
  • Manage user access: create and maintain accounts in Teamcenter PLM.
  • Support PLM and CAD implementation projects: testing, validation, upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem management to permanently fix issues.
  • Identify critical issues and take ownership for successful resolution.
