We are seeking a skilled PLM Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management, with a focus on optimizing product development processes and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategies to optimize product development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on PLM initiatives.
Analyze and improve existing PLM tools and systems for better efficiency and user experience.
Provide training and support to team members on PLM processes and tools.
Monitor and report on PLM performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5-15 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management or related field.
Proficiency in PLM software tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA).
Strong project management skills and experience in managing product development projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
