Position Name: PLM/PDM System Trainer

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years

Relevant experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Work Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role & responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions and one-on-one coaching for PLM/PDM systems. Create easy-to-understand training materials and user guides.

Support training management - scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Help learners overcome challenges and celebrate their progress. Stay updated on system changes and adapt training content quickly.

Be the go-to person for PLM/PDM best practices.

Provide post-training support and troubleshoot user queries effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

PLM/PDM systems. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to learn fast and adapt to change.

Experience in training delivery and coaching. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Comfort working in global environments (German collaboration experience preferred).

Hands on Experience on Catia/ Enovia

Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.

Good to Have

Familiarity with tools like Windchill or Enovia.

Knowledge of CAD integration with PLM/PDM systems.

Experience with Learning Management Systems

Certification in PLM systems or training methodologies
