Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
The PLM Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and innovating our Product Lifecycle Management (GPLM) ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Windchill administration, cloud deployment, and MCAD/ECAD integrations, ensuring long-term stability and scalability of PLM operations

This role is contributing to the EL-GPLM Function

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Windchill System Administration: Installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability and reliability of PLM systems.
  • DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.
  • MCAD & ECAD Integration: SolidWorks, Creo, Altium, CATIA, NX, Theorem, XPLM, XVL translation for Creo Parametric.
  • Cloud Deployment: Manage Windchill installations in AWS Cloud.
  • Business Administration: Configure workflows, lifecycles, and access controls.
  • Customization & Troubleshooting: Develop custom solutions and resolve complex issues.
  • Authentication & Security: Implement SSO, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

Qualifications for the role:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in PLM operations with Windchill.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with MCAD/ECAD integrations.
  • Expertise in DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
