We are hiring for MBOM Engineer - Digital ManufacturingRequirements:Domain / Primary Skill: Manufacturing BOM/ Digital Manufacturing/Pr ocess Planning/Functional Knowledge, PLM ToolSub- Domain: Manufacturing EngineeringTools: 3DEXPERIENCE(DELMIA)IJP Job Location - Pune/BangaloreEducation: M-Eng or B-Eng. in Mechanical/Production or Automotive Engineering, Diploma in mechanical/ automotive engi neeringMajor Deliverables / Job Profile: .Candidate will be part of the Digital Manufacturing team for the creation & maintenanc e of Manufacturing BOM for a Vehicle Program.Manual creation of MBOM in 3DEXPERIENCE as per requirement from business .Provide n ecessary inputs to 3DX Development Squads for inclusion of use case in overall MBOM Definition Strategy in DELMIA application.Crea tion of MBOM for different domains like BIW, Paint, and Trim & Final.End-to-end change management of MBOM.Validation of Change m anagement scenarios for MBOM.Understanding the SAP requirement for S4 HANA migration.MBOM test data creation for SAP migration. Understanding the legacy client applications/reports.Continuous assessment on improving current MBOM creation approach by inclusi on of AutomationSkills:.4-8 years of Functional experience in DS suite of products of 3DEXPERIENCE/V6 (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA). Understanding the different Use cases of Manufacturing BOM.T&F, BIW, Powertrain Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.Digital Manufacturing Subject matter SME having good knowledge in business process e.g., MBOM, Process Planning, Work I nstructions, Factory layout planning, resource libraries management, Simulation etc. .Experience in Configuration management in Va riant, effectivity, Change management.Excellent communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. .Functional experience in product development in Automotive domain..Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS , SAFe, Kanban is required Experience working with JIRA/Confluence added advantage..Working experience with Legacy Manufacturing a pplication added advantage
