Responsibilities:
PLM / PDM Consultancy
- Understand, map, and document product development and manufacturing processes.
- Define and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and workflows.
- Support engineering change management and document/data control processes.
- Track items, parts, and lifecycle stages throughout the product journey.
- Assist in defining product release and approval workflows aligned with industry best practices.
System Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to align process and system needs.
- Work with implementation teams to configure PLM workflows, data models, and user roles.
- Support PLM system deployment, user onboarding, and adoption of Autodesk PLM tools (Fusion Manage, Vault, Upchain).
- Learn and apply PLM/PDM tool capabilities to real-world use cases with minimal supervision.
- Prepare training materials, documentation, and support guides for internal teams and clients.
Integration (Nice to Have)
- Assist in designing and developing integrations between PLM/PDM and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
- Map and synchronize items, BOMs, documents, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and materials.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft), or file-based integration methods.
