PLM Engineer - C++, C#, SQL

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform application design and development for key business PLM application(s)
• Perform DevOps release management and incident management following ITIL framework
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions to problems involving non-obvious causes
• Maintain, modify, and support sub-systems or 3rd party components
• Ensure data integrity and system stability
• Complete unit testing of all work processes
• Work according to collaboratively developed requirements
• Adhere to the software development lifecycle
• Communicate with project management, leaders, architects, and stakeholders
• Write and maintain documentation supporting primary areas of responsibility
• Investigate emerging technologies
• Regularly work in CET time zone; willingness to conduct changes outside of business hours

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of development experience with SmarTeam PLM
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing with C++ or C#, SQL
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jira or equivalent
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
• Experience with repositories such as SVN, GitHub, or equivalent
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with CAD or CATIA V5
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Track record of timely and accurate assignment completion
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels and external customers
• Capable of working across multiple geographies/business functions
• Ability to translate technical jargon for effective communication
