Minimum of 8-10 years of Change Management experience
Strong understanding of PLM and Engineering Change Management processes.
Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, BOM Management, BOM concepts, and PLM workflows.
Proven background in Change Management, communication planning, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to lead change across engineering, manufacturing, and
program teams.
Experience managing training design, content validation, and readiness.
Strong analytical ability to identify change impacts and readiness risks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products and Microsoft Teams
Desirable:
Experience in automotive or aerospace engineering environments.
Familiarity with Product Development processes.
Exposure to enterprise-level transformations in PLM or Digital Engineering.
Certifications such as PROSCI, AIM, APMG Change Management, or equivalent are added advantage
