Role Summary: The Change Lead will be part of the PLM Transformation Programme and will be responsible for driving organisational change, communication, training, and stakeholder readiness for PLM transformation. This role ensures that impacted engineering, manufacturing, program, and governance teams adopt new processes, tools and ways of working introduced under the PLM transformation roadmap. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, PLM Governance, Engineering teams, and programme stakeholders to ensure successful early-life support, smooth cutovers, and controlled transitions across environments. Job location: Pun e/UKDimension of Function:. Develop and execute endtoend Change Management Strategy for PLM Transformation.. Drive communic ation planning, business readiness, and adoption activities.. Coordinate crossfunctional change impact assessments across enginee ring, manufacturing, vehicle programs, IT and PLM governance teams.. Lead planning for transitions during migration, UAT cycles, a nd golive.. Support training material creation and validation against acceptance criteria.. PLM Training Team, PLM Governance Teams. Product Owners, B A communityArea of Responsibility:. Build and implement a Change Management Strategy aligned to PLM Transformation objectives. . Develop communication plans aligned with major milestones and golive timelines.. Plan and Manage Hypercare activities. Over see creation, validation, and readiness of training materials for Engineering and Program teams.. Lead readiness assessments befor e migration, test cycles, cutover, and deployment phases.. Report Change impacts, adoption risks, and readiness gaps to programme leadership.. Identify all impacted stakeholder groups and design tailored communication & training. . Plan and manage communicat ion for environment transitions and onboarding waves. . Manage business stakeholders for all change-related activities. . Collab orate with Product Owner and BA to track early-life support KPIs and stabilisation metrics. . Support awareness, process understan ding, and capability uplift across teams. . Ensure smooth adoption by monitoring feedback channels and coordinating mitigation act ions. . Contribute to cross-functional ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, workshops).Knowledge/Experience:Essential:. Minimum of 8-10 years of Change Management experience. Strong understanding of PLM and Engineering Change Management processes.. Experi ence with 3DEXPERIENCE, BOM Management, BOM concepts, and PLM workflows.. Proven background in Change Management, communication pl anning, and stakeholder management.. Demonstrated ability to lead change across engineering, manufacturing, andprogram teams.. Experience managing training design, content validation, and readiness.. Strong analytical ability to identify change impacts and readiness risks.. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.. Experience working in Agile delivery environ ments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products and Microsoft TeamsDesir able:. Experience in automotive or aerospace engineering environments.. Familiarity with Product Development processes.. Expos ure to enterprise-level transformations in PLM or Digital Engineering.. Certifications such as PROSCI, AIM, APMG Change Management , or equivalent are added advantagePersonal Profile:.
