The Impact You'll Make

As a PLM Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of product data that powers engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery. By maintaining high-quality product lifecycle management (PLM) data, you help teams make faster, better decisions.

In this role, you will directly influence how efficiently product changes are implemented and how seamlessly information flows across systems like PLM and SAP. Your work ensures that products are built right the first time and evolve smoothly over their lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will

  • Manage PLM data activities including part creation, classification, and lifecycle updates to ensure accurate product records
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support engineering, manufacturing, and procurement accuracy
  • Support engineering change processes (ECN/ECO/PCN) by preparing documentation and updating system records for timely implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve product data quality
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track PLM metrics, open actions, and change status for better decision-making

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings an open mindset, adapts quickly to change, and continuously looks for ways to improve and contribute through fresh perspectives.

  • Experience working with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile) and basic knowledge of SAP (BOMs, material master)
  • Strong working knowledge of BOM structures and engineering data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting
  • Basic understanding of electrical/electronic or mechanical componentsAbility to work with accuracy, manage details, and collaborate effectively across teams
