Job Title: PLM Architect – PTC Windchill
Location: Ban/Hyd/Pune
Job Description
- Overall 10+ years of experience in the PLM domain with at least two end‑to‑end PLM implementation programs in the Discrete Manufacturing industry.
- Conduct discovery workshops, capture business needs, define current‑state processes, and identify gaps or pain points.
- Architect Windchill solutions including product structures, change/configuration management, lifecycles, workflows, and access roles.
- Evaluate OOTB functionality versus configuration; prepare fit–gap analyses and solution design documentation.
- Define integration strategies between Windchill and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, or engineering toolchains.
- Develop data migration strategies including ETL design, cleansing rules, validation scenarios, and cutover sequencing.
- Provide guidance throughout design, build, test, and deployment phases to ensure solution integrity and performance.
- Contribute to release planning, environment strategy, and roadmap recommendations for the PLM landscape.
