Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- Manage end to end project implementation and deliverables.
- Building Digital, PLM Practices and services.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Ensure the successful integration of Teamcenter PLM with existing systems and processes.
- Lead an implementation team in all aspects of solution deployment.
- Develop requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications.
- Transform customer requirements to technical solutions.
- Work closely with business partners to understand their PLM requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Building competencies and capacities.
- Managing and executing complex and large data migration projects.
- Conducting and front ending technical workshop with customers.
Required skills
- 16+ years of strong experience in PLM.
- Demonstrated track record as a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect.
- Experience working with siemens Teamcenter and CAD integration.
- Experience with technical solution and delivery.
- Experience in technical presales or working closely with the pre-sales team.
- Hands on experience on Teamcenter Customization, Development, upgrade, and Implementation.
- Hands on experience on PLM data migration from the legacy systems.
- Should have Solution experience in responding to RFP, RFQ documentation for new PLM project opportunities across regions.
- Experience with Siemens Product Development.
- Should have strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Should have strong People Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
