Description
We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency of our automation processes.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems and associated equipment.
- Program and configure PLCs according to project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to enhance system designs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding PLC operations and maintenance.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities for reference and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi.
- Proficient in ladder logic programming and other programming languages related to PLCs.
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
