We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician with hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Siemens PLC systems and industrial communication protocols, along with the ability to support production operations by ensuring automation systems run efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance using STEP 7 (Siemens S7-300 PLC Programming).
- Develop and test automation logic using Simulation / PLC Simulation (PLCSIM) tools.
- Configure and maintain AS-Interface (AS-i) Modules and related field devices.
- Work with PLC systems from Mitsubishi Electric, Moeller Electric, and Schneider Electric platforms.
- Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as PROFIBUS and PROFINET.
- Configure, commission, and maintain SEW Drives and motor control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve automation faults to minimize production downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new automation equipment.
- Maintain electrical panels, control wiring, sensors, actuators, and field instruments.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve system efficiency.
- Maintain documentation related to PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
