We are seeking a skilled PLC Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC systems in industrial automation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our automation processes and ensuring the reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PLCs with other automation components.
- Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training for PLC systems to internal teams and clients.
- Document and maintain project specifications, programming changes, and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware and software, including brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi.
- Proficient in ladder logic programming and other PLC programming languages.
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems integration.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
