PLC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IEC61131 programming languages, including Ladder Logic and Structured Text. This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles and the ability to contribute to complex control system projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and debug PLC applications using IEC61131 programming standards.
• Create and implement logic using PLC Ladder Programming.
• Develop control algorithms and functions using Structured Text Programming (STP).
• Utilize Functional Block Programming (FB) for modular and reusable code development.
• Test and validate PLC programs to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting activities for PLC-controlled systems.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all programmed systems.

Desired (Good to have) Skills:

• Understanding of Train Control Management Systems (TCMS).
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as CANOpen, MVB.
• Familiarity with Ethernet protocol for industrial applications.
• Experience with C/C++ programming for control system interfaces or related applications.
