As a PLC Intern, you will support the programming, wiring, and commissioning of industrial control systems used across our test and production environments. This is a hands-on role spanning ladder logic, control panels, and the sensors and actuators that close the loop.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in PLC programming using ladder logic and structured text
- Support control panel wiring, I/O mapping, and point-to-point testing
- Integrate and verify industrial sensors, actuators, and drives
- Help build and configure HMI screens for test rigs and automation
- Support the setup and commissioning of automated test stations
- Troubleshoot control logic and field wiring faults
- Document control schematics, I/O lists, and program logic
- Collaborate with mechanical and electronics teams on automated test setups
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, EEE, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Basic PLC programming exposure (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or Mitsubishi)
- Understanding of ladder logic and control fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical wiring basics and the ability to read control schematics
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to document technical work clearly
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to SCADA or HMI development
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT)
- Hands-on experience integrating sensors and actuators
- Prior automation or control-system project work
Eligibility and Background Requirements
- Please apply only if you are currently in the final year of your degree or diploma programme.
- You must be available for a full, year-long internship of 12 months; shorter durations cannot be considered.
- This is an on-site internship based in Pune, India.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in industrial automation or controls through projects or coursework.
