Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automation Head / Automation Manager to lead our Automation & Control Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, project execution, commissioning, and team leadership, with the ability to manage client relationships and successfully deliver automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage automation projects from design to commissioning.

Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).

Configure and support HMI & SCADA systems, including FactoryTalk View and FactoryTalk Optix.

Work on DCS systems and PlantPAx architecture.

Conduct FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Manage automation engineers and project teams effectively.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)

HMI & SCADA Development (FactoryTalk View / FactoryTalk Optix)

DCS & PlantPAx Experience

Automation Project Execution & Commissioning

FAT/SAT Testing & Troubleshooting

Team Leadership & Project Management

Client Coordination & Technical Support
