Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Playwright with TypeScript Trainer to deliver structured training in modern web automation and testing practices.

This role is not for someone who just knows testing. You should be able to demonstrate real automation workflows, write scalable test scripts, and guide learners through end-to-end testing frameworks used in real projects.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable teaching from scratch to advanced level, conducting live coding sessions, and mentoring learners to build industry-level automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Playwright automation using TypeScript

• Explain core concepts of end-to-end testing, UI automation, and test frameworks

• Conduct hands-on sessions covering test scripting, debugging, and execution

• Demonstrate real-world scenarios like cross-browser testing, API mocking, and CI/CD integration

• Guide learners in building scalable automation frameworks from scratch

• Cover concepts like selectors, fixtures, hooks, and parallel execution

• Support learners through projects, assignments and real-time use cases

• Provide best practices for test design, maintainability, and performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing or QA Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

• Experience in UI testing, API testing, and debugging automation scripts

• Familiarity with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

• Knowledge of test frameworks, assertions, and reporting tools

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured and practical way

Preferred Skills

• Prior training or mentoring experience

• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiarity with other tools like Cypress, Selenium, or TestNG
