Playwright Test engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
• Perform functional regression integration smoke and end to end testing
• Develop reusable test components and utilities to improve automation efficiency
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios
• Execute cross browser testing across Chrome Edge Firefox and Safari
• Automate API testing and validate backend integrations
• Identify document track and verify defects using defect management tools
• Integrate automation suites into CI CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Analyze test execution results and generate test reports and quality metrics
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
