Job Overview
We are hiring experienced
Playwright Automation Testers for our upcoming future projects. This is a contractual opportunity for professionals who have strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright and are capable of delivering high-quality testing solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (mandatory)
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in software testing with strong focus on automation
- Hands-on experience in Playwright is mandatory
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred)
- Experience in API testing and validation
- Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to performance or security testing is an added advantage
