Playwright Automation Tester

We are seeking an experienced Playwright Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through the design and execution of test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing automated test scripts using Playwright framework.
• Collaborating with developers to understand application features and identify testing needs.
• Executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting defects.
• Maintaining test environments and ensuring test data is up-to-date.
• Participating in requirement analysis and providing feedback on testability.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for test cases and test results.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in using Playwright for automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
