LTM is Hiring for Playwright Automation Lead
Exp: 3-8 Years
Location: Pan India
JD as below:
- 5 plus years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation.
- Good experience testing insurance application specifically with PC Insurance domain and leading Insurance Products such as Insurity Concept One Duck creek guidewire.
- Handson coding experience on any of the leading automation tools languages such as playwright with JavaScript.
- Experience of using AI assisted tools like GitHub copilot or codex or cursor.
- Proven ability to analyse requirements identify ambiguities and work with stakeholder engagement and develop robust test scenarios aligned with project objective.
- Proficient in conducting thorough defect analysis to identify underlying issues rather than merely stating acceptance criteria failures resulting in precise and actionable bug reports.
- Good attitude to take ownership of the assigned activities and working towards closure.
- Up keeping the automation regression suites based on continuous enhancements or new features implemented.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test management processes.
- Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and in sprint automation practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Handson experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA TestRail or Zephyr.
Must Have –
- Playwright Automation experience
- Good to have – Insurance and Salesforce
