Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Playwright Automation Lead to design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and API testing. The role involves building scalable, maintainable solutions, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality automation coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • UI Automation:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Design reusable selectors, page objects, and utility functions to ensure scalable and maintainable automation.
  • API Automation:
  • Implement API automation for REST APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Use RestAssured to perform validation, schema checks, and integration testing.
  • Framework Development:
  • Build automation frameworks from scratch with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Integrate frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Best Practices & Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to automation best practices, code quality, and reusability.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
