Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Playschool Teacher specializing in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori education. Based in Bengaluru, the Playschool Teacher will design and implement age-appropriate activities, foster a positive and stimulating environment, and guide young learners in their cognitive, emotional, and social development. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, maintain classroom decorum, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their children's progress.

Qualifications

• Skills in early childhood education, including NTT or Montessori teaching methodologies
• Competence in managing classroom activities and creating engaging, developmentally-appropriate learning experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for young learners
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education or Montessori training
• Experience with playschool teaching or similar roles is a plus
• Proficiency in child-centered teaching techniques and classroom management
• A strong passion for working with young children and helping them grow in all facets of life

Working hours: 9:00AM to 1:30PM

Salary Range: Rs. 12,000 - 16,000
