Role Description

This is a full-time weekend role for a Playdate Facilitator. The Playdate Facilitator will design, organize, and lead in-person play sessions, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and safe for participants. The role includes managing communication with participants, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and tailoring activities to different age groups and interests. You will also collaborate with the team to continuously improve and innovate playdate offerings based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, childcare, or event facilitation
• Creativity and adaptability in developing and executing play activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
• Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms for remote playdates
• Knowledge in child development, early education, or recreational programming (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or client engagement is a plus
