Platform Transformation Leader

Role: Global Platform Rollout & Transformation Leader

Location : Bangalore India

We are seeking a senior transformation leader with deep experience in global ERP and enterprise platform rollouts to lead the worldwide deployment and adoption of, our Agentic AIpowered software engineering platform. This role will be responsible for translating a bold platform vision into disciplined, scalable execution across regions, business units, and engineering organizations for large enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has successfully led multi-country, multi-year ERP or core platform implementations, understands the complexity of operating at global scale, and can now apply that rigor to an agentic, AI-driven platform that is redefining how software is built, delivered, and operated.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global rollout strategy for AAVA across geographies, business units, and delivery organizations.
• Lead end-to-end execution: program management, roadmap, sequencing, change management, enablement, and adoption at scale.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, IT, security, and business leaders to integrate AAVA into existing SDLC, ERP, and enterprise platforms.
• Drive operating model changes required for agentic software engineering, including governance, metrics, and value realization.
• Establish clear success measures around productivity, cost reduction, cycle time, and quality improvements.
• Act as the executive face of the programconfident, decisive, and outcomes-driven.

Experience & Profile

• 20+ years leading large-scale global ERP or enterprise platform transformations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, custom platforms, or similar).
• Proven track record of rolling out platforms across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, AI/GenAI, and platform-led transformation (hands-on coding not required).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to challenge, influence, and align senior leaders.
• Pragmatic, execution-first mindset with the credibility to lead change at scale.
