Essential:
- Ability to handle 812 engineers team and 10+ projects.
- Ability to handle meetings with international teams on Teams call/physical meeting. Must have very good proficiency in English language.
- Need sufficient riding exposure and understanding of 2W vehicle dynamics.
- Good knowledge of vehicle assembly and its sub-parts assembly.
- Ability to do data analysis.
- Hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Project management for one Brand, completing RASCI matrix with international teams and within R&D.
- Bike evaluations, assembly, team handling, report preparation, meeting handling.
