As a Platform System Engineer, you willu00A0be responsible foru00A0designing,u00A0validating, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure platforms that power healthcare imaging solutions, including PACS and Radiology Informatics systems.u00A0
You will work closely with R&D, Product Engineering, Support, and Customer teams to ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence across customer environments.u00A0

Define infrastructure standards, deployment models, and system sizing recommendations.u00A0
Evaluateu00A0new technologiesu00A0and translate business requirements into technical solutions.u00A0
Support virtualization, storage, networking, operating systems, and cloud platforms.u00A0
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, performance, and reliability issues.u00A0
Develop automation scripts and tools to improveu00A0infrastructure monitoring and usage analytics.u00A0
Participate in platform validation, performance testing, and capacity planning.u00A0
Drive platform security, system hardening, patching, and compliance activities.u00A0
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.u00A0
Support customer escalations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.u00A0

7+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or Solution Architecture.u00A0
Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise platforms.u00A0
Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.u00A0
Technical Skillsu00A0
Strongu00A0expertiseu00A0in VMware vSphere,u00A0ESXi, vCenter, and virtualization technologies.u00A0
Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux platforms.u00A0
Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.u00A0
Experience with enterprise storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and backup solutions.u00A0
Experience with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.u00A0
Hands-on scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python.u00A0
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS.u00A0
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is an advantage.u00A0
Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts.u00A0
Healthcare & Product Knowledgeu00A0
Experience with Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging, PACS, RIS, VNA, DICOM, or HL7 is preferred.u00A0
Understanding of enterprise software deployment and product lifecycle processes.u00A0
Experience with system documentation, BOMs, validation documents, and traceability matrices.u00A0
