Platform Support Engineer- II (Linux, Cloud & Middleware)

Key Deliverables:

1. Manage the operations and stability of environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and procedures.
2. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and procedural enhancements.
3. Resolve incidents during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks to ensure minimal disruption.
4. Assist in incident investigations and contribute to project management efforts.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise in platform, SaaS, and component solutions to ensure smooth operations.
2. Work with web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM) and manage multi-platform environments (Windows, LINUX).
3. Utilize ITIL standards and tools (ServiceNow) to address incidents and streamline processes.
4. Collaborate with development teams and perform troubleshooting using scripting/programming tools such as Puppet, Powershell, PERL, .NET, Python, and UNIX Shell.
