Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and integrate platform solutions to meet business needs and optimize performance
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using full stack technologies including Java, HTML, JavaScript, and other frontend/backend frameworks
Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement automation where applicable to improve efficiency
Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to align platform solutions with business objectives
Lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and guide best practices in software development and platform management
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards for deployed solutions
