About the Role

Forward Deployment Consultant (FDC) is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head – Technology Transformation. The purpose of the FDC role is to translate the vision of Autonomous Operations into tangible outcomes for enterprise customers by embedding directly within their environments and making Intelligeni real in weeks, not months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligeni deployment and adoption activities for assigned accounts, including readiness assessment, integration coordination, configuration support, and early go-live stabilization.
• Define the first wave use cases, baselines, and success measures such as MTTR improvement, alert reduction, automation uplift, and productivity improvement.
• Work with delivery teams and customer stakeholders to unblock adoption issues and improve time to first value.
• Translate deployment outcomes into clear CXO-facing value narratives, including before/after stories, impact metrics, and account-level value updates.
• Build reusable deployment assets, patterns, checklists, and playbooks so Intelligeni deployment becomes more repeatable and scalable across Microland accounts.
• Provide structured feedback to platform / product engineering on product gaps, integration needs, and field learnings from deployments.

Qualifications

Typically, 8+ years of experience in relevant infrastructure, operations, platform, or transformation roles.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure operations, service management, observability, monitoring, automation, or AIOps-led environments.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, workflows, dashboards, and enterprise operational data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills with confident, customer-facing communication.
• Ability to connect technical implementation activity to business value and adoption outcomes.
• Comfortable leading technical and value-oriented discussions with both engineering and operations stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in platform consulting, deployment consulting, solution architecture, observability transformation, or enterprise service operations programs.
• Exposure to executive reporting, value articulation, and transformation programs.
