Your role

- integrate Attribute Based Access Control software with various UBS systems (Active Directory, Entitlement System, Data Catalog, etc.) (35%)
- troubleshoot software issues at Level 3, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and other UBS teams (network, cloud, security, IT on business side) (25%)
- conduct research and hands-on learning with different technologies (DBs, Cloud services, Application Solutions) across on-prem, Azure, and SaaS (25%)
- prepare and automate upgrades of vendor software on platforms like Azure Kubernetes Services and OpenShift (5%)
- prepare and automate building software and necessary elements (rpm, msi, ARM/Terraform) for test environments (Azure Cloud, Linux/Windows) (5%)
- improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, UBS Deploy pipelines,) (5%)

Your team
You will join a dynamic team responsible for integrating and maintaining complex software systems. Our team collaborates with various departments and technical teams worldwide, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality solutions. We work during standard European hours and focus on delivering secure, available, and high-performance solutions.
Your expertise
- minimum 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in large enterprise or corporate environments with strong expertise in Cloud Security, with focus on Microsoft Azure
- hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) including deployment, administration, management, and troubleshooting
- proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
- solid understanding of database platforms including MongoDB, Oracle, and MS SQL Server
- experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps, strong Linux system administration skills, experience in API management and integration
- exposure to automation and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), regulatory and compliance frameworks (GDPR, FINMA, MAS) – added advantage
- security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable
