Role Description

We are building a next-generation enterprise No-Code / Low-Code platform on Java + React, powering AI-enabled Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for global banks and enterprises.

We are looking for a Hands-On Tech Lead who will actively code, architect solutions, and lead a small engineering squad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building platforms from scratch and working closely with product leadership.

This is not a managerial-only role — you are expected to contribute directly to production code. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, India. MUST HAVE AI Enterprise Skills for platform development

Technical Leadership (Hands-On)

• Lead development of platform components using:
• Java / Spring Boot
• React
• PostgreSQL
• Design and build:
• Metadata-driven modules
• Workflow engines
• Dynamic form builders
• Configurable business rules
• REST APIs
• Own technical delivery of assigned modules:
• Architecture
• Coding
• Code reviews
• Performance optimization

Platform Engineering

• Help build core no-code capabilities:
• Visual workflows
• Dynamic UI rendering
• Role-based access control
• Multi-tenant architecture
• Configurable data models
• Translate product requirements into scalable platform designs.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Java (Spring Boot / Hibernate)
• React
• REST APIs
• PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS
• Experience building:
• SaaS applications
• Microservices
• Config-driven systems
• Solid understanding of:
• Backend architecture
• Frontend component design
• API contracts
• Database modeling
• Comfortable working in fast-moving product environments.
